Delivery & Minimum Order Size

We are committed to ensuring that your items arrive safely and are delivered at a reasonable cost.  Our preferred minimum order value is currently £1200 (ex -VAT).   When practical, we will deliver orders of this level or above using our in-house logistics team and this will be free of charge to most UK postcodes.   Delivery to locations over 200 miles from our Blaydon factory and in more remote areas will not always be cost effective to arrange in-house.  These orders may need to be sent by pallet via our 3rd party haulier and, where this is necessary, we reserve the right to apply a delivery surcharge, being haulier costs incurred in excess of £50 per pallet.  Please check with us before placing your order.

Orders below £1200 (ex-VAT) but above £800 (ex-VAT) may be accepted and where possible, we will try to arrange in-house delivery by van.  However this cannot be guaranteed and standard practice will be for items to be sent on a pallet via a 3rd party haulier.  Where the cost of pallet delivery exceeds £50, a surcharge may need to be levied.
